The Protein Quality Laboratory is located within the Richardson Centre for Food Technology and Research (RCFTR).

Services we offer:

  • Generating data in support of protein content claims including Official Protein Efficiency Ratio (PER) and PDCAAS

  • Amino acid analysis by traditional wet chemistry and Near Infrared Spectroscopy

  • In vitro digestibility analysis
